Refund Policy

Kalina Nail School LLC follows a strict refund policy in compliance with Virginia DPOR regulations. Enrollment constitutes a financial commitment.

Refunds apply to tuition only.

Refund eligibility is based on time elapsed and instructional hours completed, whichever results in lesser eligibility.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund Schedule

100% Tuition Refund
Available only if written withdrawal is received within 3 business days of enrollment, no instructional hours have been completed, and no instructional materials or digital content have been accessed.

50% Tuition Refund
Available only if written withdrawal is received before completion of 10% of total program hours.

No Refund
No refund is issued once more than 10% of program hours are completed, or if the student is terminated for attendance, academic, conduct, or policy violations, abandons the program, or fails to submit written withdrawal.

Once the no-refund threshold is reached, all tuition is considered fully earned by the School.

Additional Terms

Refund rules apply equally to voluntary withdrawals and involuntary terminations.

Personal circumstances, scheduling issues, dissatisfaction, or licensure outcomes do not affect refund eligibility.

Approved refunds are issued within the timeframe required by state regulations.
